EMSella

EMSella is a revolutionary non-invasive treatment for weakened pelvic floor. FDA approved, it uses high intensity focused electromagnetic technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles, causing them to contract and strengthen.This helps to improve bladder control and reduce the severity of incontinence episodes. For men it will allow you to regain control to achieve and maintain an erection.

During an EMSella treatment you will sit fully clothed on the chair as it emits electromagnetic pulses to directly stimulate the pelvic floor muscles far beyond the level that can be achieved through kegel or other pelvic floor exercises; the equivalent of over 11,000 kegel exercises in one treatment. The EMSella treatment also changes the structure of the muscles by stimulating the growth of new protein strands and muscle fibres to improve the overall muscle tone.

The EMSella chair uses High Intensity Focused ElectroMagnetic Energy (HIFEM) to stimulate and strengthen all the pelvic floor muscles, not just the subset that can be exercised with voluntary contractions (Kegel exercises).  These stronger pelvic floor muscles restore continence and the confidence to enjoy normal daily activities without fear of losing bladder control.
